Properties
Methyl silicone oil 201 has excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, low temperature resistance, long-term used in -50 ℃ ± 180 ℃ temperature range; strong anti shearing, is 20 times higher than thecompression of general mineral oil, is the idealliquid spring; with low temperature and viscosity coefficient, low vapor pressure, low surface tension good, moisturizing and lubricating; good electrical characteristics, resistance to high breakdown voltage, arc resistance, corona resistance, medium small power consumption; also has the advantages of good transparency and no toxic effects on the human body etc.

Application
1.The excellent characteristics of the product, which has been extensively applied in the industrial production, national defense, scientific research, and medical and public health departments, mainly used for electrical insulation, demoulding, defoaming, damping shockproof, dustproof, waterproof, hydraulic pressure and high temperature lubricating etc.
2.Shock proof damping oil , Use this product as liquid spring, small volume, light weight, can be in a wide range of temperature range under a big impact.
3. Used as release agent surface of demoulding and products of high precision, less dosage( 0.5-2.5% solution dosage).
4. Used as defoamer,with high defoaming power, high temperature resistant, non-volatile, high chemical stability, no mildew.
Package and storage
1. Packing: 200kg in drum.
2. Storage: Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight. Avoid acid, alkali and other harmful impurity.
3. Shelf life: Three year in ventilating, cool and dry area.
