Physical Properties
The molecule of Bis [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] tetrasulfide consists of two trialkoxysilyl propyl groups linked with a polysulfide.
It is a kind of transparent liquid with light yellow color and odor, it can soluble easily in ethl alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water.

Application
Silane coupling agent Crosile - 69 is widely used in rubber industry, it can improve the properties of tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance of polymers(NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM).It is particularly suitable for enhancing the reinforcing properties of a hydroxyl group-containing filler in an unsaturated polymer containing a double bond or a blend. In polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM, silica, talc, mica powder and clay.
Packaging and storage
1. Package:25kg or 200kg, 1000 kg in plastic drum.
2. Storage: Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
3. Shelf life: One year in ventilating, cool and dry area.
